Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • The product should not be damaged or altered in any way.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions mentioned above, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • If your return does not meet the criteria for a refund, you will be notified, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations
